      • Sample data out of the way — Lists now show your own records, with a banner linking through to the sample data whenever you want it.
      • A better curriculum plan browser — Plans open on your agency's country, previews read as collapsible module headings you can expand, and the list tells you when it is showing only part of the results.
      • Safeguarding categories explained where you need them — Each flagged category now explains itself on the row, and the page describes what Bobbin checks transcripts for when there are no flags.
      • Help and feedback open a conversation — Feedback and help links now start a chat with our team, already filled in with what you are asking about.
      • Simpler course creation — The course form no longer asks for a per-tutor access level; tutors take your agency's default course permission instead.
      • One-click actions — Where a page has a single action, it now shows as a button rather than a menu you have to open.
      • Cleaner empty states — Empty panels now stay focused on the task at hand.

    Bug Fixes

      • First-run business survey — New accounts are asked a few short questions about their tutoring business the first time an admin signs in.

    Bug Fixes

      • Document sharing — Sharing a document with all tutors now folds in any individual shares, so removing the group share removes access for everyone.
      • Share options — The "all admins" sharing option has been removed, as admins already see every document in the agency.

      • Two-factor authentication — Users can turn on two-factor authentication from their profile settings, with a code from their authenticator app required at every sign-in. Admins can reset it for someone at their company.
